Animal welfare item is added to experimental animals in Beijing

Recently, the seventeenth meeting of Beijing city twelfth NPC standing committee votes to pass 'Beijing experimental animal management regulations' , which adds the item that "units and individuals, who take up experimental animals, should maintain animal welfare, guarantee living being safety and prevent environment pollution'.
