From now on, when local commercial enterprises carry on promotion, they must put bazaar environment safety and customer's personal safety in the first place, and don't promote necessaries of life whose price sensitiveness is high such as grain, oil, eggs and meat to avoid event which harm public security.
Not long ago, 11 Yuegou supermarkets of Shanghai carried out eggs promotion, which was 1.99yuan/500g, and each person was limited to 2kg, as a result, it caused chaos in some stores that customer scared buying, crowded to break elevator and many people were injured
