Poultry Egg Made by Chinese Herb

Mr. Pei Jiedong, a farmer in Fuzhai Town, Xingping City, Shaanxi Province used a new green raising technology and added valuable and famous Chinese Herb in silky fowl feed to produce high quality of ¡°Chinese Herb Egg¡± with high content of selenium and protein. The eggs contains 272.2 mg/100g selenium, 20 time of that in common eggs and 13.4g/100g protein, 8.2% higher than that of common eggs and 129.5mg/100g cholesterin and 2.8mg/100g fat, 81.47% and 76.5% lower than that of common eggs, tested by Shaanxi Provincial Station of Agro-product Inspection and Test Center of Shaanxi Agricultural and Forestry University. In December last year, his special poultry raising base had been confirmed as agro-product base without public harm.
