Indonesia imported Bird Flu Vaccine from China

Due to serious epidemic bird flu in Indonesia, more vaccine against the disease is demanded in the country and domestic enterprises cannot produce enough vaccine to meet the demand in short period of time. The Indonesia Government has decided to import the vaccine from China.
According to estimate of the Ministry of Agriculture of Indonesia, they will need as high as 900 million bird/dose of the vaccine this year, among which, 195 million bird/dose will be needed for layers, 500 million bird/dose for broilers and 200 million bird/dose for native bird and duck, etc.
