The
Project ”°Industrialized Development on Uncontaminated Poultry Meat”±
in Jiangsu Passed Acceptance Test
Recently, the project of ”°Industrialized Development on Uncontaminated
Poultry Meat”± implemented by Jinghai Broiler Group Co. in Haimen
City, the largest broiler raising and processing enterprise has passed
the acceptance test, which gained good economic and social benefits:
1. Since implementation of the project from June 2002, 1.83 million
public harm free broilers had been raised, 1.74 million broilers had
been marketed, 11.50 million ton of public harm free frozen series
products had been produced and processed and 11000 ton of special
feeds for the broilers had been manufactured, which were passed ”°Acceptance
of Productive Location for Public Harm Free Agro-product”± of Jiangsu
Province and ”°Acceptance of Public Harm Free Agro-product”± from
Ministry of Agriculture of China.
2. During implementation of the project, Jinghai
Broiler Group Co. input 10.3399 million yuan (RMB), constructed
and reconstructed breeder poultry farms of grand-grand parents and
parents, incubation plant, feed mill and public harm free handling
of poultry manure, improved conditions for breeder poultry raising,
breeding egg incubation and feed processing. Besides, jointly constructed
public harm free broiler production base with 80 major households
and realized a series standard for public harm free raising and
processing. This base has been accepted as animal production base
of public harm free by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture
and Forestry.
3. Through
implementation of the project, new raising model of ”°Dragonhead
(Leading) Enterprise + Productive Base + Major Raising Household”±
had been formed, opening up a new successful way of industrialized
operation of public harm free broiler, gaining very good social
and economic benefits.
