China has arranged 100 million RMB fund to attack key problems in
science and technology for fowl influenza control
Information from the CCTV said that China has arranged a special fund
of 100 million RMB to strengthen the control of high virulent fowl
influenza in attacking key problems in science and technology and
corresponding researches. The key of this special fund will be focused
on the development and application of special effective vaccines,
the development of rapid examination and diagnosis technology and
its products, virus variation and pathogen analysis, new dissemination
means and control technology, protection and disinfecting technology
and its products and screening of anti-virus drugs and pharmaceuticals.
