The measure of various kinds of prevention and control of the whole department concerned of city has already been put in place: closing in all poultry plants, controlling personnel who come in and go out the plants, carrying out disinfectant and clean measure, forbidding raising chickens and aquatic bird together, checking the animal products carried in Beijing strictly in 24 hours. Chief leaders are the first liable person, which is specified by Beijing.

Chief of Beijing bureau of agriculture Yaqing Liu says to the reporter: "Defend inside, control out, Strengthen a supervisor outsider, they are three walls where we held up."
