Jiayouling, National chief veterinarian and minister of Agriculture Department Veterinary Bureau, says recently that AI endemic is very serious from January to March, and that migrant birds are all grouped in the water net region of the South is quiet easy to infect poultry, and thus lead that AI virus spreads in long range and big scope; what's more, AI virus breaks out again in neighbor countries and regions recently, and some people are infected, which seriously imperils China. Consequently, China should maintain sharp vigilant on AI epidemic disease.
Said by Jiayouling, Long'an county, Guangxi made a define diagnosis that highly pathogenic AI epidemic disease broke out on 27th January 2004, and last epidemic disease on 6th July 2004, during these time, 50 epidemic diseases broke out in interior of China successively.
