Tianjin Developed the Vaccine for PRRS
Through more than three years of tackling key problem, the project
of tackle hard-nut problems in
science and technology in Tianjin Municipality —Immune and Control
Technology of PRRS organized by Professor Ding Boliang, Institute
of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Tianjin Academy of Agricultural
Sciences has successfully developed inactivated oil—emulsion vaccine
for PRRS control. The experiments conducted in 10 pig farms indicated
that the immune protection rate reached more than 90%.
