Slaughter Capacity of Pig in Henan Shuanghui Group Co. will Reach 12 million

Henan Shuanghui Group Co. will occupy in a large scale the domestic meat markets of slaughter, cutting and processing and the slaughter capacity of pig will reach 12 million next year.

In recent years, Shuanghui Group has been striving for strategic regional investment and occupying in a large scale the domestic meat markets of slaughter, cutting and processing and gradually formed regional markets in North China, Central China, East China, South China and Southwest areas, etc. From 2003 to 2005, the group is planning to invest 2500~3000 million yuan to form the strategic distribution of domestic markets.
It is estimated that by the year of 2005, the slaughter capacity of pig will reach 12 million, realizing selling income 8352 million yuan; meat product capacity will come to 900000 ton, selling income 7380 million yuan and the volume of export will be US$ 100 million.
